Thanks for calling NRMA Insurance. Can you tell me what happened to your property and when exactly the damage occurred last week?
Could you confirm your policy number, the exact date, and confirm the storm hit your house in Ballarat?
Before we proceed, I need to explain that you'll need to pay an excess before the repairs begin, and we can't process the claim without your receipts.
The excess is eight hundred dollars, and it must be paid before our assessor visits on Thursday. If receipts aren't provided, the claim will be delayed.
Sawa, nitalipa kiasi hicho mara moja. Je, itachukua muda gani kabla mtathmini kufika nyumbani kwangu?
Once you pay the excess, our assessor will inspect the property within five business days and confirm the repair schedule with you directly.
Temporary accommodation is covered only if your home is deemed unsafe to live in, and NRMA will confirm this after the assessor's report.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Swahili dialogues · All languages
