Can you tell me when these headaches first started, roughly how many times a day they happen, and how severe the pain feels?
Dạ, cơn đau đầu của con bắt đầu khoảng một tuần trước, mỗi ngày con bị đau chừng hai đến ba lần, nhất là vào buổi sáng, và cơn đau khá dữ dội ạ.
Does the pain stay in one spot, or does it move around your head, and have you noticed any blurred vision, dizziness, or nausea along with it?
Dạ, cơn đau thường tập trung ở phía sau đầu, nhưng đôi khi lan ra hai bên thái dương. Con cũng thấy hơi chóng mặt và buồn nôn, nhưng mắt thì không bị mờ ạ.
I'd like to refer you for a CT scan at Blacktown Hospital sometime this week, just to make sure we rule out anything more serious.

The hospital can usually arrange the scan within three days, and based on what you've described today, this isn't considered an urgent emergency case.
