Mr Cheung, what's been happening with your ear this week? Can you tell me exactly what you're noticing, and when did it start?
醫生，我隻耳仔塞咗大概三日，好似塞住咁，聽嘢矇查查，但係唔痛。
Have you been swimming recently, such as at Bondi Beach, or do you often use cotton buds to clean your ears after showers?
係呀，我上個禮拜六去咗邦迪海灘游水，之後開始有啲問題，而且我成日都用棉花棒清潔耳仔。
I'll examine your ear with an otoscope now. It's likely just wax buildup, but let's check there's no infection or eardrum damage.
咁係咪好嚴重呀？使唔使做手術㗎？
No, you won't need surgery. I'll prescribe softening drops for three days, and if it doesn't clear, we'll consider gentle ear syringing.
哦，咁滴耳藥水大概要幾錢，同埋要滴幾耐先會好返呀？
The drops are available over the counter, quite affordable, and Medicare doesn't cover them. Come back if there's no improvement within a week, alright?
明白，咁呢排治療期間我可唔可以游水呀？
Please avoid swimming until your ear clears up, and keep it dry in the shower using cotton wool with a bit of Vaseline to block water.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
