Thanks for coming in, Ms Chan. Since our last visit two weeks ago, how has your eating been, and have you noticed any appetite changes?
呢兩個禮拜我食得好少，朝早通常唔食嘢，晏晝都係食少少，胃口差咗好多。
I can see on the scale that you've lost about three kilograms since your last visit. Can you tell me what's happening at mealtimes?
我驚食多咗會肥，所以淨係一日食一餐，其他時間都唔敢食嘢，好怕見到啲飯餸。
If you keep losing weight at this rate, we may need to refer you to the inpatient unit at Prince of Wales Hospital for closer monitoring.

Yes, under a GP mental health plan you can get up to ten subsidised sessions a year, but you'll need a referral from your GP, not from here.
