Hypertension Follow-Up at the GP

Let's go through your blood pressure readings from the last two weeks before we talk about adjusting your medication today.
好呀醫生，我量咗差唔多十日，得返幾日冇量到，因為嗰幾日出咗遠門，冇帶到血壓機。
That's fine, don't worry about it. On average your readings were around one hundred and forty over ninety, which is still a bit high for someone your age.
咁樣算唔算好危險呀？我平時冇咩感覺喎，不過間唔中頭赤咁樣。
Are you still taking the tablet every morning at the same time, or have you missed several doses since your last visit here?
我都有食㗎，不過上個星期六忘記咗食，第二日先想番起。
