Thanks for coming in, Mr Cheung. You mentioned on the phone that you've been feeling really overwhelmed lately. Can you tell me what's been going on?
醫生，我呢排真係頂唔順，成日喺公司同屋企都好唔開心，瞓覺又瞓得差，成日冇心機做嘢。
How long has this been happening, and are you sleeping or eating differently? I'd also like to check if you've thought about hurting yourself.
大概有成三個星期啦，訓得好差，成朝早四點幾就醒，但係我唔會傷害自己，只不過覺得成日好攰、冇力。

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- mental health care plan講「Mental Health Care Plan」呢個英文詞，或者解釋做「由GP開嘅精神健康治療計劃」。
- medicare直接講「Medicare」呢個英文詞就得，因為係專有名詞，廣東話冇對應詞。
