Good afternoon, I'm the palliative care nurse from Calvary Health Care, here today to review your father's current pain management plan and his overall comfort level.
呢排佢半夜嗰陣痛到瞓唔到,尤其係凌晨三四點嗰陣,好辛苦。
How often is he taking the morphine now, and has the dose been adjusted since his last review with the doctor?
依家係每四個鐘食一次,不過佢食完好眼瞓,成日瞓晒,我驚係咪食多咗。
If the pain isn't controlled within the next two days, we'll refer him to the palliative specialist for a full reassessment.
如果止唔到痛就轉去專科,咁如果佢連氣都唔順呢?會唔會有事?
We can start low-dose oxygen therapy at home, and I'll increase our nursing visits to twice a week to monitor his breathing closely.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- palliative care講「紓緩治療」或者「善終服務」都得，呢兩個講法喺廣東話醫療語境入面都常見。
- respite可以講「暫托服務」，如果驚聽者唔明可以加一句「等主要照顧者可以休息一下」嚟解釋。
