Mrs Lee's memory assessment today points to early dementia, so I would like to refer her to the memory clinic at Concord Repatriation Hospital.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- Waiting list講「等候名單」就得,呢個係好通用嘅講法。
- Medicare直接講「Medicare」呢個英文詞就得，因為係專有名詞，廣東話冇對應詞。
- Bulk bill講「Medicare全額直接找數」或者直接講「bulk bill」,再解釋「即係病人睇醫生唔使自己俾錢,醫生直接同Medicare收錢」。
- Gap fee講「差額費」或者直接講「gap fee」都得,因為呢個係Medicare制度入面嘅特有概念,冇一個完全對應嘅廣東話固定詞。
- My Aged Care考試嗰陣直接講英文專有名詞"My Aged Care"，因為佢係服務名稱，冇通用嘅廣東話講法，可以補充講「政府嘅長者照顧服務入口」嚟解釋。
- Aged care assessment講「長者護理評估」或者直接講aged care assessment,再解釋係評核長者需要嘅服務級別。
- Home care package講「居家護理配套」或者直接講「Home Care Package」都得，因為呢個係固定嘅政府計劃名，可以保留英文名再加解釋。
