Thanks for calling the Fair Work Commission. Can you tell me the date your employment ended, and what reason your employer gave you at the time?
我上個禮拜四喺Dandenong嗰間倉庫俾人炒咗，老闆話係重組架構，但我覺得係因為我之前投訴佢哋唔畀足加班費先炒我嘅。
How long had you worked there, and did they give you any written warning or hold a meeting before the dismissal happened?
我喺嗰度做咗三年，佢哋事前完全冇警告過我，都冇開會傾，就直接俾封信我，話即日生效。
You generally have 21 days from the date of dismissal to lodge an unfair dismissal application with the Commission, so timing matters.
如果我唔記得咗，過咗嗰廿一日先至去交表，係咪即係冇得再申請喇？
If you miss the deadline, the Commission can still accept a late application, but only in exceptional circumstances, so please lodge as soon as possible.
咁我駛唔駛請律師呀？驚破費好多錢，如果唔請律師會唔會蝕底？
You don't need a lawyer, and lodging the form is free. Some clients still get advice from a community legal centre first.
咁交咗表之後係點㗎？係咪要同老闆見面傾？定係淨係打電話傾就得？
Once you lodge, we notify your employer, and a conciliation conference is usually scheduled within about two to three weeks after that.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
