Full transcript
Mrs Kwan, your CT scan shows a mild traumatic brain injury from the fall at work today. We'll need to monitor you closely over the next few hours.
Headache and dizziness are quite common after this type of head injury. We'll continue to watch you closely for the next twenty-four hours in case symptoms worsen.
Vomiting once after a head injury can be a warning sign we take seriously. I'd like to admit you overnight at Liverpool Hospital for closer observation.
Yes, your husband can stay overnight with you. I also recommend you take at least three days off work before returning to the factory.
You must not drive until I clear you at your follow-up appointment, since your reflexes may still be affected.
Please come back for a follow-up in two weeks. If your headache or dizziness gets worse before then, see your GP immediately.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.
