Thanks for coming back in again today, Ms Cheung. Before we start, I'd like to go through the mood questionnaire you completed last week.
呢排真係冇好返，尤其係夜晚，瞓極都瞓唔著，個腦成日諗住啲唔開心嘅嘢。

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- lifeline保留英文專有名詞講「Lifeline」就得。
- triple zero講「000」（讀做「零零零」）或者講「Triple Zero」都得，數字保持西方數字格式。
- emergency department講「急症室」，呢個係廣東話常用而且貼切嘅講法。
- medicare直接講「Medicare」呢個英文詞就得，因為係專有名詞，廣東話冇對應詞。
