Thanks for calling NRMA Insurance. I see you're reporting a break-in at your home in Wollongong on Thursday night. Can you tell me exactly when this happened?
係噚晚，即係星期四晚，我放工返到屋企就見到後門畀人撬開咗，屋入面啲嘢翻晒天。
Have you already reported this break-in to New South Wales Police, and do you have an event number for the incident report?

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- NRMA Insurance直接講「NRMA」呢個英文名就得，因為呢個係澳洲㗎品牌名，冇對應中文譯名。
- Event number講「報案編號」或者直接講「Event Number」都得。
- Statutory declaration講「法定聲明書」。
- Excess講「自付額」呢個保險術語常用講法。
