Since your CTP claim is with NRMA, not icare, they'll arrange a specialist appointment once your GP report is submitted. The wait depends on specialist availability in your area.
咁如果睇專科要俾錢，NRMA會唔會俾返我？定係要我自己先夾錢？
If the specialist visit is directly related to the accident injury, NRMA will cover it — but you'll need to keep all receipts and submit them for reimbursement.
咁如果我遞咗啲單據俾佢哋，大概幾耐先會有錢返俾我呢？
There's no fixed number of days — it depends on how complete your documents are and how quickly NRMA's assessor processes the claim.
咁物理治療呢？佢哋會批幾多次俾我先？
Your file shows ten physiotherapy sessions have been approved initially, based on your GP's recommendation and the severity of your injury.
如果十次唔夠，我仲需要多啲，咁點算好呢？
If your specialist recommends further treatment, we can request an extension — but it'll need a written report supporting the additional sessions.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
