CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

- Waiting period可以講「等候期」呢個詞,已經係廣東話慣用講法,聽得明。
- Extras cover講「附加保障」或者「額外保險項目」都得,講清楚係Medicare以外嘅額外保險部分。
