How have you been coping since your last visit? I noticed you mentioned feeling overwhelmed, having trouble sleeping, and struggling to concentrate at work lately.
醫生，我呢排真係好辛苦，成日心情好down，晚晚訓唔著，做嘢又冇晒精神，成日都好想喊。
I'd like to set you up with a Mental Health Care Plan so you can access up to six subsidised sessions with a psychologist at headspace Wollongong, starting as soon as possible.
咁即係話我可以去headspace Wollongong度見心理醫生，仲可以睇足六次？使唔使自己畀錢架？
If the clinic bulk-bills, there's no out-of-pocket cost for those sessions, unless you choose a private psychologist or a service that doesn't bulk-bill.
