What's been bothering you these past few weeks—runny nose, itchy eyes, or something else entirely that's been affecting your daily routine?
Doktora, halos araw-araw po akong bumabahin, tulo pa ang ilong ko, at makating-makati talaga ang mga mata ko, lalo na tuwing umaga.
How long has this been going on, and have you noticed anything specific that seems to trigger it, like gardening or mowing the lawn regularly?
Mga tatlong linggo na po ito, at parang lumalala kapag nagwawalis ako ng mga tuyong dahon sa bakuran namin tuwing hapon.
I'd suggest starting a daily non-drowsy antihistamine, and you could check the Bureau of Meteorology's pollen forecast online to help you avoid the highest pollen count days.
Baka po ba makaidlip ako kapag ininom ko iyon? Kailangan ko pong magmaneho papunta sa trabaho tuwing umaga, kaya nag-aalala ako.
This particular tablet shouldn't cause drowsiness, but please avoid drinking alcohol while taking it, and stop immediately if you notice any unusual reaction.
