Mr. Reyes, thanks for coming in today—how have your sleep and mood been since we last met two weeks ago at the clinic?
Medyo hirap po akong matulog, Doc. Minsan po nadadala ko sa trabaho ang pag-aalala, kaya gabi-gabi po akong nagigising.
Have you noticed your blood sugar levels affecting your mood lately, and have you missed any metformin doses since our last appointment?
Minsan po nakakalimutan ko ang gamot ko kapag stressed po ako, tapos lumalabas pong mataas ang sugar ko sa susunod na check-up.
Stress hormones can raise blood sugar and worsen anxiety, so let's try a short breathing exercise you can practise daily at home.
