Thanks for coming in today, Madame Girard. Your GP referred you here because your BMI has now reached thirty-four, which places you in the obese range, and that's affecting your joints.

We'll start by looking at your eating patterns and daily activity levels, then set some realistic goals together over the next few months, step by step.
