Thank you for calling NRMA Insurance today. I understand your roof was seriously damaged during last week's storm in Wagga Wagga. Can you please describe exactly what happened?

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- nrma insurance'NRMA Insurance' નામ અંગ્રેજીમાં જ બોલવું, કારણ કે તે એક બ્રાન્ડ નામ છે અને તેનું ગુજરાતી ભાષાંતર નથી.
- excess"excess" શબ્દ અંગ્રેજીમાં જ રાખવો, અથવા "પોતાના ભાગની ફાળવણી રકમ" તેમ સમજાવવું.
