Your husband was brought in after a fall at work. Can you tell me what happened before he lost consciousness, and whether he vomited afterward?

Vomiting after a head injury can indicate swelling in the brain, so we did a CT scan. It showed mild swelling, but nothing requiring immediate intervention.

There's a small risk of seizures in the first week, so we've started him on anti-seizure medication. If he doesn't show any fits by Thursday, we'll consider tapering it.
