Orientation Week: Enrolment and Campus Services
Student Services Officer (speaking English) and International Student (speaking Hindi) talk through “Orientation Week: Enrolment and Campus Services”. You interpret both ways — English into Hindi, and Hindi into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Welcome to Orientation Week at Western Sydney University. Today we'll cover enrolment confirmation, campus tours, library access, and student ID cards. Please bring your passport and offer letter.
Enrolment needs to be confirmed before you can access the library or student portal. Do you have your offer letter today?
Yes, library and student portal access start the same day as enrolment. Then collect your student ID at Building 3; it takes about ten minutes and you'll need it for exams.
No, student ID cards are free. You should also apply for an Opal card today for discounted travel to campus each week.
No problem. If you don't have your OSHC card yet, you can still attend classes, but you must show proof of enrolment.
That's fine. Orientation Week finishes Friday, and classes start the following Monday. Welcome to the university, and good luck with your studies.
