Hi Arjun, how has your first semester been going? Have you found it difficult to manage your studies and daily life here?

You'll need your student ID, a recent bank statement, and a short letter explaining your situation. Submit these at the Student Services office on campus.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
