Mr. Baek, thanks for coming in today — could you tell me what's been happening with your ear this past week?
지난주부터 오른쪽 귀가 꽉 막힌 것 같고 소리가 잘 안 들려요. 가려움증은 없는데 답답한 느낌이 계속 있어요.
Have you been using cotton buds or anything else to clean the ear, and did the blockage start after a shower or a swim?
면봉은 가끔 썼어요. 그리고 지난 주말에 수영장에 다녀온 후부터 더 심해진 것 같아요.
I can see quite a bit of earwax blocking the canal. I'll flush it out with warm water today, then check if you'll need a hearing review.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- Gap fee'본인부담금' 또는 '차액 진료비'라고 번역하면 됩니다.
- Medicare그대로 'Medicare'라고 영어 발음으로 말하면 된다. 한국어 대체 명칭을 새로 만들지 않는다.
