Thanks for coming in today, Mr Pillai. Can you describe exactly what's been happening with your right ear over the past week or so?
ഡോക്ടർ, കഴിഞ്ഞ ആഴ്ച മുതൽ എന്റെ വലത് ചെവിക്ക് ഒരു അടപ്പ് പോലെ തോന്നുന്നു. ശബ്ദം വ്യക്തമായി കേൾക്കുന്നില്ല, ചിലപ്പോൾ തലകറക്കവും തോന്നുന്നുണ്ട്.
Have you noticed any pain, ringing in the ear, dizziness, or discharge along with the blocked feeling, or is it purely reduced hearing?

Looking inside, I can see quite a significant build-up of wax blocking your ear canal completely. We'll need to do a gentle irrigation to clear it out.
