Good morning, I'm calling about your council rates notice. I can also help explain the bin collection schedule for your new address in Parramatta.

No problem. Your general waste bin is collected every Tuesday, and recycling is collected fortnightly on the same day. Do you know which bin is which colour?

That's correct. This week is a recycling week, so please put out both bins tonight before 6am tomorrow, otherwise they won't be emptied.

You can pay your rates online through the council website, by BPay, or at our customer service centre. Payments are due quarterly, and the next due date is 31 August.

If payment is late, a small interest charge may apply, but you can contact council to arrange a payment plan before the due date if needed.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
