Loan Hardship Request

Good morning. I understand you would like to talk about hardship options for your home loan. Can you tell me what has changed?
你好。我上个月工时被减半了，房贷每两周还两千一，现在实在有点吃力。
Thank you for coming in early, that is the right thing to do. We have options like reduced repayments or a short pause.
如果暂停还款三个月，利息还会继续算吗？以后每个月是不是要还得更多？
Yes, interest still accrues during a pause, and your repayments may increase afterwards. I will show you the numbers before you decide.
那会不会影响我的信用记录？我以后还想再买一套投资房。
A formal hardship arrangement is recorded, but it is very different from missing payments without telling us, which damages your file much more.
明白了。申请需要什么材料？我的工资单和雇主的信可以吗？
Exactly those: recent payslips, a letter from your employer, and a simple budget of your income and expenses. I will email you the form.
好的，我这周内交齐。审批要多久？下一期还款快到了。
Usually within a week. And do not worry, while your application is being assessed, we will not treat the next payment as missed.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
