Good morning, Mrs Li. Your scan results show a small tumour in your liver, about three centimetres wide. We need to discuss the next steps together.

Yes, the biopsy confirmed early-stage liver cancer. I'd like to refer you to a specialist at Westmead Hospital for further assessment next Tuesday at 10am.

If the tumour hasn't spread beyond the liver, surgery or targeted ablation are both possible. Otherwise, we may consider chemotherapy or newer immunotherapy drugs.
