Welcome, this is our first counselling session together, and I would like to understand what has been troubling you lately, if that's okay with you.
最近工作压力特别大，晚上总是睡不着，脑子里一直想着会不会被裁员，白天也没什么精神。
Could you tell me how long you have been feeling this way, and how your sleep and appetite have been affected recently?

Under Medicare, your GP can refer you for six subsidised counselling sessions through a mental health care plan, which really helps with costs.

If you haven't seen a GP yet, today's session won't be subsidised, but we can arrange a proper referral straight after we finish.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- Medicare直接说英文 Medicare，不用翻译，因为这是专有名词，中文里没有对应词。
- Counselling sessions说“心理咨询”或“辅导会谈”，视上下文可说“咨询/辅导课程”。
- Mental health care plan说“心理健康治疗计划”，并可补充说明是GP开的、用于Medicare报销心理咨询费用的计划。
- Lifeline直接说英文 Lifeline，因为这是机构专有名词。
