Hello, I'm Sarah, the palliative care nurse coordinating your father's care. I'd like to talk about his comfort and what support your family might need.

Yes, we can adjust his pain medication today. We'll review how he responds and reassess again in three days to make sure it's working well.

That's right, Silver Chain can send a nurse to visit at home regularly. They'll check his symptoms and support the family as well.
