Good afternoon, I'm the emergency doctor. Can you tell me exactly how your son hit his head, and what time it happened?
ऊ करिब दुई घण्टा अगाडि भर्याङबाट लडेको थियो, डाक्टर साप। लडेपछि धेरै रुन थाल्यो र एक पटक बान्ता गर्यो।
Did he lose consciousness at any point, and has he vomited, seemed drowsy, or complained of blurred vision since the fall occurred?
बेहोश त भएन तर अलि अल्छी जस्तो देखियो। बान्ता एक पटक मात्र भयो, आँखा चाहिँ ठीकै देखिन्छ।
We need to do a CT scan to check for any bleeding, and he'll need to stay for observation for about four to six hours.
यो गम्भीर हो र? ऊ आज राति यहीं बस्नुपर्छ कि घर लैजान मिल्छ?
If he stays alert, keeps his balance, and doesn't vomit again, we can discharge him home once the four hours are complete.

At home, watch closely for repeated vomiting, extreme sleepiness, unequal pupils, or confusion. If any of these occur, bring him back to Westmead Hospital immediately.

Paracetamol is fine for pain, but avoid aspirin or ibuprofen for now. Keep him away from sport or rough play for at least a week.
