Full transcript
Good morning, I'm Sarah, the practice nurse here at the clinic. Can you tell me about the chest pain you've been experiencing recently, and when it first started?
How long does the pain usually last each time, and does it happen when you're walking, climbing stairs, or resting quietly?
Are you currently taking any medication, such as a GTN spray or tablets, whenever the pain starts, and does it help?
I'd like to refer you urgently to a cardiologist at Westmead Hospital for an ECG and further tests, ideally within the next two weeks.
Even without a Medicare card, you can still be seen through the public hospital system. If eligible, I can help you enrol, and costs can be discussed with the hospital.
Try to reduce salty and fatty foods, walk for about thirty minutes daily if you can, and avoid smoking completely to protect your heart.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Nepali dialogues · All languages
