Workers' Compensation Claim Review

Good morning, I'm calling from icare to discuss your workers' compensation claim. Can you confirm your injury happened at the warehouse on 14 March?
Thank you. Your doctor's certificate shows you can't lift more than 5 kilograms for now. Has your employer offered you lighter duties?
I'll contact your employer today about suitable duties. If they can't provide any, weekly payments will continue as normal. Does that sound alright?
You'll need a review with your doctor in 4 weeks to update the certificate. Please don't return to full duties before then.
Yes, up to 8 physiotherapy sessions are approved under your claim. You can book through any registered provider approved by icare, and I can send you a list of nearby options.
Please send each new certificate of capacity from your doctor to us after every appointment so your weekly payments continue without interruption.
