Good morning, welcome to Parramatta Public School. I'm the enrolment officer. Could you tell me your child's age and which grade she should join today?
नमस्ते, धन्यवाद। मेरो छोरी सात वर्षकी छिन् र उनी दोस्रो कक्षामा पढ्थिन्, तर हामी नेपालबाट भर्खरै आएका हौं।
That's fine. Do you have her previous school reports or immunisation records? If not, we can still start the enrolment process today.
हामीसँग पुराना रिपोर्टहरू छैनन्, किनभने ती नेपालमै छुटे। तर उनको खोप कार्ड भने साथमा छ।
No problem. Please bring the immunisation card to reception. Students also sit NAPLAN tests in Year 3, so she'll join that group next term.
ठीक छ। के स्कुलले युनिफर्म पनि दिन्छ, कि हामीले आफै किन्नुपर्छ?
You'll need to purchase the uniform from the school shop, but we offer a small welfare fund if that's difficult financially for your family right now.

There's a bus service, but she'll need a School Opal card, which we can help you apply for through the Transport for NSW School Opal application (transportnsw.info), often submitted via the school.

You can bring it when it's ready; enrolment isn't finalised until we receive proof of your address, like a lease or Medicare card.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
