Good afternoon, thanks for coming in today. Can you tell me exactly when this back pain started, and what you were doing at the time?
سلام دکتر، این درد از صبح دوشنبه شروع شد، وقتی داشتم جعبههای سنگین رو توی محل کارم جابهجا میکردم. الان اصلاً نمیتونم به جلو خم بشم.
On a scale of zero to ten, how severe is the pain right now, and does it travel down either leg?
درد خیلی شدیده، فکر کنم حدود هفت از ده. از کمرم تا زانوی پای راستم میکشه.
Have you taken any pain relief? Please don't take ibuprofen more than three times a day, and let me know about any numbness or tingling.
دو بار پاناادول خوردم ولی زیاد کمک نکرد. بیحسی ندارم، ولی هر صبح کمرم خیلی خشک و سفت میشه.
I don't think you need an X-ray yet unless the pain worsens. If it doesn't improve, I'll refer you to Ballarat Base Hospital.
