Post-Operative Review After Rhinoplasty
Nurse Coordinator (speaking English) and Patient (speaking Persian) talk through “Post-Operative Review After Rhinoplasty”. You interpret both ways — English into Persian, and Persian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Good afternoon, Mr Hosseini. How have you been feeling since your rhinoplasty at the Royal Adelaide Hospital last week, any concerns so far?
Some swelling and bruising around the nose is normal for the first two weeks. However, if your temperature rises above 38 degrees, you must contact us immediately.
The stitches will be removed on day ten, and you may shower gently after that, but avoid strenuous exercise for six weeks.
You can apply light makeup once the stitches are out, but please don't return to work until your surgeon clears you, usually around two weeks.
Thank you for telling me. I'll note the allergy and avoid prescribing any NSAIDs; we'll use paracetamol instead for pain relief.
Your next review is booked for Thursday the fourteenth of May at the Royal Adelaide Hospital outpatient clinic, at half past nine.
