Pre-Operative Consultation Before Gallbladder Surgery
Pre-operative Nurse (speaking English) and 患者 (speaking Persian) talk through “Pre-Operative Consultation Before Gallbladder Surgery”. You interpret both ways — English into Persian, and Persian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Let's go through your pre-admission checklist for the gallbladder surgery at Bankstown Hospital. It's booked for seven a.m. on Thursday, so please stop eating from midnight the night before.
Yes, it will be general anaesthesia given through an IV line. The anaesthetist will meet you beforehand to explain the process and answer any concerns you have.
Yes, please consult your cardiologist before stopping warfarin. We need a letter confirming it's safe to stop it five days before surgery, otherwise we may have to postpone the operation.
Yes, the main risks include bleeding, infection, a reaction to anaesthesia, and rarely, injury to the bile duct. The surgeon will discuss all of these with you before you sign.
Most patients stay one night, sometimes two if there are complications. You'll get written discharge instructions and a follow-up appointment before you leave.
You must arrange someone to drive you home and stay with you overnight, as you won't be allowed to drive after the anaesthesia.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.
