Good morning, I understand you've been having trouble with sneezing, a blocked nose, and itchy eyes lately. Can you describe your symptoms in more detail?
ਡਾਕਟਰ ਜੀ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਛਿੱਕਾਂ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਨੱਕ ਬੰਦ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵੀ ਖੁਜਲੀ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਉੱਠਣ ਵੇਲੇ।
How long has this been going on, and have you noticed any particular triggers, such as pollen, dust, grass, or pets at home?

I'd recommend a non-drowsy antihistamine, which is available at the pharmacy without a prescription. Take one tablet daily throughout the pollen season.
