Good afternoon. I have your results here. Your blood pressure readings over the past month are still higher than we would like to see.
ਸਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਜੀ। ਮੈਂ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਨਾਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਵੇਰੇ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੌ ਪੰਜਾਹ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ ਘੱਟ। ਅੱਜਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਕੰਮ ਦਾ ਤਣਾਅ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੈ।
Stress can certainly play a part. Have you been taking the medication every morning as we discussed, and have you noticed any side effects?

Reducing salt is one of the most effective changes. Also try to walk for thirty minutes a day, five days a week if you can.
