What's brought you in today? Have your eyes been itchy and watery since the weekend, or has it been going on longer than that?
ඔව්, මගේ ඇස් කැසීම හා කඳුළු ගැලීම සති දෙකකට කලින් පටන් ගත්තා. රාත්රියේදී නාසය පුරවනවා වගේ දැනෙනවා.
Are you currently taking any other medication, or do you have any known allergies to antihistamines or nasal sprays?
නෑ, මම දැනට කිසිම බෙහෙතක් ගන්නේ නෑ. ඇලර්ජි තියෙනවද කියලා මම දන්නේ නෑ, නමුත් පරාග කාලයේ මේක නිතරම වෙනවා.
I'd suggest a non-drowsy antihistamine tablet each morning, plus a nasal spray — two sprays per nostril, once daily, for about two weeks to start.
මේ පෙති බීමෙන් නින්ද යනවද? මට රිය පදින්න ඕන දවසින් දවස, ඒක ගැන ටිකක් බය හිතෙනවා.
Some people feel mildly drowsy at first, so please avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.

Tilt your head slightly forward, spray once into each nostril, and try not to sniff hard or blow your nose straight after.
මේක සති දෙකකින් හොඳ නැත්නම් මොනවද කරන්නේ? මම වෛද්යවරයෙක් හම්බෙන්න ඕනද, නැත්නම් තව බෙහෙතක් තියෙනවද?
If there's no improvement after two weeks, or your symptoms worsen, see your GP — they can check other triggers, like the Bureau of Meteorology's pollen forecast.
