Please take your time and tell me exactly what happened to your car outside Woolworths on Gardiner Street, Kingsford, on Thursday evening this week.
මම බ්රහස්පතින්දා සවස Woolworths එකේ shopping කරද්දී මගේ Toyota Corolla රථය car park එකේ තිබුණා. මම ආපහු ආවම බම්පරය සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම කැඩිලා තිබුණා.
Did you manage to see the other vehicle at all — its colour, make, model, or even part of the number plate?

The event number usually arrives within twenty-four hours. Keep it safe, because your insurer will ask for it directly when you lodge the claim.

We'll review nearby CCTV footage from around seven-fifteen that evening. If the plate is confirmed, we'll follow up, though identifying the driver isn't always guaranteed.
