Before we begin, can you confirm you've been separated from your spouse for at least twelve months? The court won't accept an application otherwise.

That's fine, living together doesn't disqualify you if you can show separate finances and bedrooms. You'll also need your original marriage certificate, or a certified translation if it's in Spanish.
Entiendo, pero perdí el certificado cuando nos mudamos desde Colombia. ¿Puedo pedir una copia aquí en Australia?
Yes, you can request a certified copy from Births, Deaths and Marriages if you married here, or contact the Colombian consulate if you married overseas.

You must state that proper arrangements have been made for their care, welfare and education, but you don't need a formal parenting order before filing.

No, you apply online through the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia's portal, upload your documents there, and pay the filing fee electronically.
¿Cuánto tiempo tarda todo el proceso hasta que quede finalizado el divorcio?
If there's no dispute and your children are under eighteen, a hearing usually isn't required. The divorce becomes final one month and one day after the order.
