Mr. Vargas, today your blood pressure reading is one hundred sixty over ninety-five, which is quite a bit higher than the target we discussed at your last visit.

Have you been taking your blood pressure tablets every single day, or have there been several days recently when you forgot or skipped a dose?
La verdad es que a veces se me olvida tomar la pastilla de la noche, sobre todo cuando trabajo hasta tarde en el taller.
If you don't take the tablets consistently, your blood pressure won't stay controlled, and that significantly raises your risk of a stroke or a heart attack.
