Thanks for coming in today—what symptoms have been troubling you most with your hay fever this season, and how long has it lasted?

Have your symptoms been worse outdoors, especially around grass or pollen here in Dandenong, or also indoors at home?

I'd suggest an antihistamine tablet, one daily for four weeks, along with a nasal spray to help with the congestion, itchy eyes, and sneezing you mentioned.

This particular one shouldn't cause much drowsiness, so it should be fine for driving, but you could take it at night if you're still unsure.
