The call goes to another apartment. Yesterday, a food delivery driver pressed the intercom to call me, but I didn’t hear anything at all. In the end, he had to call my mobile, and that was how I found out he had arrived.
What an examiner checks here:

- Resident only then knew the driver had arrived
Easy to miss: The mobile call, rather than the intercom, alerted the resident to the delivery.

Easy to miss: The resident asks whether entry is required; he does not say that it is.
The technician should be able to update the entrance panel without entering your apartment. For the test, you would need to answer your intercom handset.

Easy to miss: Either no sound or a door that fails to open will trigger an immediate report.
