Can you tell me exactly what's been happening with your eye — when did the redness and yellow discharge first start?
بدأت عيني اليمنى تحمر وتفرز سائلاً أصفر منذ يومين، وفي الصباح تكون رموشي ملتصقة تماماً.
This looks like acute bacterial conjunctivitis, which is quite contagious. Please avoid sharing towels, pillows, or bedding with anyone else at home.
هل يحتاج الأمر إلى مضاد حيوي؟ أنا قلقة لأن ابني الصغير ينام في نفس الغرفة معي.
I'll prescribe antibiotic eye drops for you — use them four times daily for a full week, and wash your hands frequently to avoid spreading it.

You shouldn't return to work until the discharge has completely stopped, which is usually around three days after starting treatment, not before.
