Thanks for coming in, Mr. Dimitrov. Before we start, can you tell me exactly what happened when you paid for the brake repair at the Wollongong garage last Thursday?
Did you get a written quote before the work started, or was everything agreed only verbally over the phone?
Have you already spoken with the manager about this price difference, or raised a formal complaint directly with the garage yet?
You can send the garage a written complaint asking for the extra one hundred and twenty dollars back, referencing the original quote and repair invoice.
If the garage still won't resolve it after your written complaint, you can lodge a formal dispute with NSW Fair Trading online.
Yes, keep both documents, plus any emails or text messages. If Fair Trading can't resolve it, NCAT may hear the matter next.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Bulgarian dialogues · All languages
