Thanks for coming in today, Dimitri. You mentioned you're interested in joining the SDA, the union for retail and warehouse workers — shall I explain how membership works?

The SDA negotiates your pay rates and working conditions, and it supports members if there's ever a dispute with management here at Woolworths. Would that be useful for you?

Membership is about nine dollars a week, deducted from your pay. If you're not satisfied, you can cancel within fourteen days at no cost.
