Thanks for coming in today. I have your file here—let's talk about your citizenship application. How long have you held permanent residency?

That's good news. Generally you need at least four years as a permanent resident, including the last twelve months, before you can apply.

That shouldn't be a problem, provided your total absences don't exceed twelve months over the four-year period, and no more than three months in the final year.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
