Thanks for coming in. I have your file here about storm damage to your roof. Can you tell me exactly when this happened?

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- excess'excess' शब्द को अंग्रेज़ी में ही रखें; यदि समझाना हो तो 'स्वयं-भुगतान राशि' कहा जा सकता है।
- council ratesइसे "काउंसिल कर" या "नगरपालिका कर" कहकर व्यक्त करें, "council" शब्द अंग्रेज़ी में भी रखा जा सकता है।
