Good morning, Mr Sharma. I'm the practice nurse today. Your blood pressure reading is 150 over 95, which is higher than we would like. Have you been taking your medication every day?
I understand. Missing doses can cause your blood pressure to rise again. Do you add extra salt to your food, or eat much take-away?
If your blood pressure does not improve, I will refer you to a specialist at Westmead Hospital for further tests.
You should try to walk for at least 30 minutes each day and avoid smoking.
If the dizziness continues, we can change your medication to another type that may suit you better, but please tell me if anything changes.
Please come back in 4 weeks so we can check your blood pressure again. You can also monitor it at home if you have a device.
